“Great things have never been accomplished with the wrong people.” When you have the right people in place, and everyone is in-sync with the bigger picture, keenly aware of what must be done in order to build the kind of success that offers real sustainable change, it is truly exhilarating!

Frankly, not since “’NSYNC” has there been a group that was…well in-synch as my team. Design is focused on the horizon insuring that we stay closer to the bleeding edge than most, project management actually adds real strategic value, and production is remarkably tight, delivering truly world-class execution. Our clients are getting the benefit of a group of people who are excited to work together, and really in tune with what needs to be done if break-away results are to be achieved.

This month, I want to put the focus on one of our senior designers, Emily. Of course she is earth-shakingly talented. Of course she drops mind bombs of creativity on everything she touches when it comes to digital, print, and package design (to name a few things). But that is the price of entry to be a Brandling. Gina (our Creative Director) has a ridiculously high bar for our design talent. What is impressive about our Emily is that she relishes in the “grinding work” that it takes to make a small business successful.

Struggling to meet a deadline? Emily is there to lend a hand. Need to prepare for a networking event? Emily to the rescue! Not sure if your idea for a difficult client dilemma is strong enough? Emily is ready to brainstorm the day away, until the best ideas are on the table!
